1

Unzip Your Package

Extract the downloaded ZIP to access all section files

Required

After purchase, you will receive a .zip file. Extract it on your computer. Inside you will find the following folder structure:

package-contents zip
๐Ÿ“ฆ your-section-name/
โ”œโ”€โ”€ sections/
โ”‚ โ””โ”€โ”€ your-section-name.liquid โ† Section file
โ”œโ”€โ”€ assets/
โ”‚ โ”œโ”€โ”€ your-section-name.css โ† Required CSS
โ”‚ โ””โ”€โ”€ your-section-name.js โ† JS (if included)
โ””โ”€โ”€ snippets/ โ† Only if included
    โ””โ”€โ”€ snippet-name.liquid
⚠️
Do not rename any files

File names are referenced internally. Renaming will break CSS and JS loading.

2

Upload Files to Your Theme

Place each file in the correct Shopify theme folder

Required

Go to Shopify Admin โ†’ Online Store โ†’ Themes โ†’ ยทยทยท โ†’ Edit code. Then upload or paste each file into the matching folder:

FileUpload toRequired?
your-section-name.liquidsections/Required
your-section-name.cssassets/Required
your-section-name.jsassets/If included
snippet-name.liquidsnippets/If included

  • ✓In the code editor, click on the sections/ folder
  • ✓Click Add a new section
  • ✓Name it your-section-name (no .liquid extension needed)
  • ✓Paste the full content from your-section-name.liquid
  • ✓Click Save

🎨 Uploading the CSS File

  • ✓Click on the assets/ folder
  • ✓Click Add a new asset โ†’ Create a blank file
  • ✓Name it exactly: your-section-name.css
  • ✓Paste the CSS content and click Save

⚡ Uploading the JS File (if included)

  • ✓Same steps as above inside assets/
  • ✓Name it: your-section-name.js
  • ✓Paste JS content and save
💡
CSS file name must be unique

Each section ships a CSS file named after that section. This prevents overwriting other sections' styles. Never combine CSS files.

3

Add Snippets (If Included)

Some sections use reusable snippet files

If Included

If your package includes a snippets/ folder, follow these steps for each snippet file:

  • ✓Click on the snippets/ folder in the code editor
  • ✓Click Add a new snippet
  • ✓Name it exactly as provided (e.g. card-item)
  • ✓Paste the snippet content and click Save
✅
Snippets are reusable

Snippets are standalone and section-agnostic. They will not conflict with other sections as long as file names are unique.

4
